Real-World Experience. Real Empathy For Clients.

Dustin Thomas understands people from all walks of life. He considers himself easy to talk to, an important trait for Mississippi residents dealing with serious legal problems. In fact, the founder of the Law Offices of Dustin N. Thomas, PLLC, doesn't talk like a lawyer.

He did not even start his professional career as a lawyer. His first "real job" involved cutting steel with a torch at a local shipyard recognized as the largest employer in Mississippi. From there, he served as a police officer for 10 years before returning as a security officer to the shipyard.

Each experience and career exposed him to a variety of individuals. Some were fellow blue collar co-workers. Others were people under investigation for criminal activity.

Passion For Fellow Mississippi Residents. Invested In Their Success.

After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a law degree in 1998, Dustin Thomas worked for two law firms and served as an assistant district attorney. He opened The Law Offices of Dustin N. Thomas, PLLC, in 2009, focusing on the following areas of the law:

  • Personal injury, including car and truck accidents, slip-and-falls and wrongful death claims
  • Divorce, including issues surrounding child support, child custody and Contempt, or Modification of Prior Divorce Orders
  • Criminal defense involving both felony and state charges

Dustin Thomas has a passion for the law. He has great empathy for his fellow Mississippi residents who come to him with life-changing problems that are legally complex and emotionally charged. With his own share of personal strife and challenges in the past, he works hard to help his clients overcome their own setbacks and obstacles.

Simply stated, your success is our success.

I require a credit card to secure your appointment. Unfortunately, it has been my experience that sometimes people who schedule appointments do not show up.
